British designed Tilly is a high quality, beautiful, soft, cuddly Rag Doll soft toy. Her sweet little face is embroidered, and she has soft, quirky, blush cheeks and soft velour bunches tied with a ribbon.

She is dressed in a colourful, pretty, rich floral print dress, pink spotty pants and stripy tights. Her soft, velour, adorable shoes complete her look.
